OUR GENISIS: The company was formed in 1995 by Dr. Tanya Dugat Wickliff (now Smith). Since the company's inception, originally doing business as "TANCOE — Training and Networking Center of Excellence", we have successfully established a team of staff and strategic partners that have earned a reputation for getting positive results for our clients in spite of sometimes very difficult circumstances.
